Just like everything in life there are exceptions to the rule. Of course. My initial statement can be(and probably is) widely considered to be true. Again, we'll just see how the season plays out. I mean if I asked you list the NFL, top to bottom, do you place any of those teams in the top 12? I don't. I wish I had a crystal ball, and could say with certainty, but all I can do is make an educated guess. Which is what I did. So yeah, I'll say that the bulk of the playoff bound teams will have guys that turned in great fantasy stats, this season. It can be argued that more often than not, fantasy value & on field success go hand-in-hand. ![]() |

Hehe, I was going to include them...and belive me, I dispise no other professional franchise more than I do the Cowboys! I know they are supposed to be bad this season, but they NFC East always as a way of beating itself up. So I'm not counting any of the 4 teams out, until the math is definite. I will be dancing around my mancave if/when Dez blows up on the sideline!

At worst we'll end up 7-9 again. You probably know nothing about our team because the media doesn't talk us up. We'll be 1-0 after today's game against the Chiefs who will be without almost their entire starting OL from last season, no Flowers, no Robinson, no McCluster, no Jackson, no Bowe, etc. Bill Cowher and Gil Brandt said we're making the playoffs this year... two guys who actually have lengthy experience in the league and not some NFL Fantasy idiots who thought taking Stevan Ridely over Brandon Marshall and Tavon Austin over Anquan Boldin were good ideas last season. I remember laughing so hard at the TV when they responded to someone's tweet about that. And if you weren't targeting Justin Hunter as a sleeper then you messed up. He's gonna have a monster year. Hope no one drafted Kendall Wright over him (unless it's PPR). I'm a Sankey fan, but he wasn't even on my draft radar this year... You had to take him in rounds 6-7 if you wanted him. That's way too early. Last edited by TitansFan4Life; 09-07-2014 at 03:14 PM. |

I'm not sure how to judge the Panthers this year... I thought they had a very rough offseason losing tons on both sides of the ball. I think I have them going 8-8, but I had them going 8-8 last year and I was on obviously wrong. |

I'm not getting my hopes up for the playoffs, but in this weak division I think we have a really good shot. Our schedule isn't that tough outside the tough start the first four weeks. Same thing happened last year though. Everyone looked at our first four games (@PIT, @HOU, SD, NYJ) and said "1-3." We started 3-1. I expect the same this year. Locker stays healthy and we will make the playoffs, but I don't trust his health. Final prediction for the Titans: 9-7 (missing playoffs by one game) |
