Yes, just one of them. And he has a losing record in the playoffs. His much less talented brother has one ring more than he does.

He sure did look good week 1.

But week 1 feels like years ago right now.

Okay and Dan Marino is, arugably, better than Eli and how many rings does he have?

Terry Bradshaw has 4!

Apples to Oranges, and all matter of opinion.

Peyton will go down in the history books as one of the best.

Yes, he's outstanding in the regular season, like I said. He just sucks in the playoffs. An 11-12 record in the postseason is horrendous. And you can't blame it on lousy teams. His Colts and Broncos teams have had plenty of talent.

His first year he looked good in relief except for that one sack as time expired. His second year he looked good until he got hurt. Did he ever look good his third year?

Also, sorry to hear about Bironas.

Marino had a legit gripe for no playoff success. Called having shitty teams around him for his entire career, minus a few years in the mid-80's. Peyton doesn't have that excuse.

I knew the Broncos D would blow it. They do good the whole game, and they do this bad in OT. Ugh.

Tomato...tomato.
Unfortunately there's no defiintive "right" answer. You have your opinion, I have mine, the rest of the world has theirs.

Unfortunately for you the rest of the world agrees Peyton chokes in Big games, would I still take him as my QB hell yes but the facts are undeniable.

No, he's right. Peyton's last minute drive and two point conversion to tie wasn't good enough. He either needed a three-point conversion or had to be out there with the defense during the OT instead of standing around helplessly on the sidelines. Dan Marino would've tackled Lynch.

Yea last year was his 3rd year... he was 3-1 with 6 TDs and no turnovers before getting hurt. So yea, he had looked pretty good.

Even if he turns it around and has a decent season, it's time to move on. I'm sick of the excuses that he's still learning. It's year 4. He should be entering his prime right now, not learning.

Thanks... That was awful news to wake up to this morning. Still can't believe it. McNair and Bironas gone way too soon.

Facts?
It's opinion. Peyton is an automatic 1st ballot, and will probably get almost, if not all, the votes.
Yes, rings go a long way on the resume, but it's not everything when talking about a career.

I bet he would've.
A shame Peyton's team couldn't get him out there. I would've like to have seen that.

Well considering who Locker's backup is, unless you have some raw untested third string stud waiting in the wings, Locker's the guy for this season... until he gets hurt again.
