It was confirmed today that Lions linebacker Stephen Tulloch will miss the rest of the season after tearing his ACL doing Aaron Rodgers discount double check move

And I'm off to the IDP waiver wire! Dammit, I just picked him up this week.
Why must these players celebrate so much? I get it, you're happy, but for the love of GOD...don't end your season doing it.
Act like you've made a good play before, and just walk off the field. Unbelievable!

NCAA needs to move the offense way back though. Starting at your opponents 25 yard line is rather silly. If you want to give each team a chance to score that's fine, but don't stack the odds way in the offense's favor.

Yeah, he might be in trouble. Who else in the hot seat?
Dennis Allen for sure
Tom Coughlin
Mike Tomlin, although last night's game helped him
Jeff Fisher
Jason Garrett?

Easy there killer...some of those teams have winning records.
Can we shelve the Head Coach Hot Seat talk, at least, until after Halloween?

I think Allen will get fired next week if the Raiders lose to the Dolphins in London. If they are going to replace the coach in season that would be the time to do it since they could use the bye week to transition to a new coach. It sounds like if Allen is fired it's a virtual certainty that assistant head coach Tony Sparano will be the interim coach.

What is the point in keeping him from the end of last year if they are just going to fire him 1/4 of the way into the next season?

No, we must talk about this now It's better than the usual stuff on ESPN these days.
Winning records don't mean as much as they used to. The most famous example being Lovie Smith getting the boot after a 10-6 season. I know PIT has a winning record now, but they have a brutal stretch after their bye through week 17. If they finish 8-8 or better, Tomlin probably gets to keep his job, but it's not guaranteed. Same goes for Garrett, but who knows what (if?) Jones is thinking.

I could see it. GM's hoping for a big spark after the draft and camps, but when it doesn't happen it's time to cut your losses. I may not agree with it, but I could see it happening.

Rex could be on the hot seat depending on how this season goes.

Doug Marrone could get the axe as well if Pegula wants a complete fresh slate. I hope that isn't the case though, he's a good football coach.

I said this for like 3 years in a row. Maybe if I don't say it this year, it'll actually happen.

I know nothing about Pegula, and have no attachment to the Bills, but hope it doesn't happen either. There is hope with Marrone.
