Im not saying the plan they have is a bad one, im saying 10 dollars per hour is an insult when the business stands to make as much as they do. Now if they offered 30 an hour + tickets and made it an experience for fans with a BBQ and some fun that's what im advocating for, something to bring the community together.

then why would you like others feel honored to shovel and help there team, what is the team doing for you that's my point you seem to be missing. The delusional fan syndrome displayed by everyone is astounding. people die shoveling snow every year, thats a lot of snow to be shoveling thats my point. its what you and every other "fan" on here seem to keep forgetting, these people would have to drive through 7 feet of snow if the roads are plowed for hours JUST to get there.

The team should just pay 50-100 grand to a company and get the stadium professionally cleaned.

You would not be doing anything to help out your team. You would just be saving rich people a lot of money they otherwise would have had to pay a company to do the job for a fair wage. Then Again many posters here are fine with franchises using their hard earned tax dollars to help billionaires build shiny new stadiums so it isn't surprising.

Depends. If the kid is not a family member I certainly wouldn't suggest hiring a 10 year old to do such work to begin with. My uncle in Utah paid a neighbor kid to shovel snow some years ago. The kid injured himself in an accident and my uncle got sued.

EDIT - And I certainly wasn't making any assumptions about gramps. I'm sure he's a good guy and pays well. Just saying from my own family's experience that people will sue for fairly minor stuff like that.
