Just wanted to say its about time the Cowboys had a winning December and are looking good heading into the playoffs. Just stick with the run and everything will balance out on offense. Hats off to the defense this year because they've been a joke for a long time (and not just the D the whole team).
Anyways looking forward to the playoffs and hopefully Dallas makes a run of it.
Let's see which Tony shows up for the playoffs.

I don't know if he still has it in him to snatch defeat from the Jaws of Victory.

I feel so bad for the Cardinals... After starting 10-1, they're not even going to get a home playoff game.

The good news is that they're going to get to play either the Falcons or Panthers... but even then, Ryan Lindley is just so awful... they're not gonna be able to get it done against anyone.

Agreed on most accounts. So many close games... I think doing a complete overhaul would be silly, but on the other hand if he isn't the guy it's best to move on...

Seems players when hearing the news were happy will be back. I am hoping Coyle will be out, too much talent on Defense to give up as much points as they have.

Even if the Panthers get another tie and the Saints win, the Panthers would get in at 6-8-2 over a 7-9 Saints so the Saints were eliminated today.

Weird tiebreaking rules.

Tie counts as 1/2 a win and 1/2 a loss, so 6-8-2 = 7-9. From there its tiebreakers as usual, which in that situation would be split head to head, and 3-2-1 vs 3-3 Division record.

Guessing we will host the Packers or the Cardinals in the 1st round, obviously I would much prefer the latter.

Well yeah we have a better chance against the Lions than the Packers so I wouldn't mind facing them either. If we could enter the divisional round on a 5 game winning streak, that could be the amount of momentum we need to really make some noise. I do wonder how hard the Lions and Packers will try since both teams are already in but it is one of the oldest rivalries in sports.

hopefully Railoa stomping on that guy yesterday is the 1st sign of that team imploding!!

the packers will go all out next week.....b/c winning vs. losing is the difference between hosting a playoff game and going on the road.

and we all know how well they've been doing at home this season!!

I found it funny that Ego Ferguson shook Raiola's hand at the end of the game after a short conversation (Dominic said he apologized, Ego didn't say what he said)

Then proceeds to go to the locker room and blast him to the media. If he had any nuts at all he would speak his problem to Dominic, but he had to say he was alright then go say this and that to the reporters. I can't blame him, probably the most media time he'll ever receive.

I'm not sure if it was intentional or not..in the fast-paced game I can understand someone accidentally stepping on someone else. He could've easily meant to do it, don't know. Not defending him.

the replay i saw....it looked like he stomped his foot down.....why would you do that if you're trying to avoid a pile??

What makes me happy is if any team is over-achieving this season it's the Lions and I think their run is going to come to an end rather swiftly in the play-offs. Couldn't happen to a nicer team.

I saw it as trying to regain his balance.. though he could've easily stepped about a foot further without stomping the guy. I'm just saying not everything is intentional.

The Lions would also get a first round bye with a win. It's also possible (albeit unlikely) that the winner of the game could end up as the #1 seed if the Rams win at Seattle.

Raiola needs to be suspended for that shit and I hope to god the coach calls him out and sits his ass this game. The team wont be imploding Bush is healthy, Stafford making decent throws aside from the 2 INT yesterday. You have noone that can cover Tate and Calvin. Plus as the Lions showed already and the Bills matched, good D can shut down your O.
