Everybody cheats its just a problem when you get caught.

This is beyond true. If you're not looking for loopholes in the rules, you're a bad coach.

Very true. The only real problems I see is calling everything a gate and making the world dumber one ridiculous hashtag at a time.

It used to be sat-tue with the qbs on sunday but this yr its fri-mon with the qbs on saturday.

Both charges have been dismissed against Greg Hardy. The state has been unable to locate the accuser, Nicole Holder, and they don't have transcripts from the initial trial because the state doesn't keep transcripts for misdemeanor bench trials. Without testimony from Holder, who prosecutors believe reached a settlement with Hardy, it would have been very difficult to get a guilty verdict.

Raiders new Defensive Coordinator Ken Norton Jr had his Seahawks linebackers study Khalil Mack

"We've been very impressed," Norton said of the Seahawks' opinion of Mack. "One of the things I have with my linebackers at Seattle, we do a great job of looking at other players across the league to see what they do well, see the type of things that I can help coach and just see what's going on. And Khalil Mack is a guy that Bruce Irvin and the rest of my guys on the Sam linebacker side just watched his explosion, his speed, his combination of size and strength, and he's a really smart player and he loves playing ball. I've done really well with men who really have a knack of making plays and really love playing football."

So excited to hear about Norton Jr as our new DC, love the way our coaching staff has filled out, finally some promise in Raider Nation... Another good draft and hopefully some free agents will help us become relevant again

Sigh there is no promise in Raider nation Nav, your owner is as stupid and crazy as his father was. Until the Davis family is out as the owners you guys are pretty much screwed year in and out with no lube on a weekly basis.

I like how ESPN and networks now choose their stories. Jerry Rice admits to cheating? Nothing on ESPN.

Pats deflate balls..but no evidence and will find out soon it wasn't them? Brunell cries like a girl and no one can believe brady..but now everyone is back on his bus?

It is interesting that ESPN is ignoring the Rice story (outside of an ESPN Boston story), yet ESPN employee Cris Carter has been going off on Rice on Twitter for saying everyone used it and said if Rice used stuckum then he's a cheater. Carter's statements on Twitter have led to sites like CBS Sports and Pro Football Talk writing followup stories, but there still hasn't even been a mention of the story on the main ESPN site.

ESPN won't question Rice but will Brady? Makes sense.....

Greg Hardy is a special talent. He won't get as much as he's worth, but he'll get a lot. Hopefully he can take advantage of the second chance he paid for.
