Happened last year with Verner. Dude was off his rocker and wanted $9-10mil a year from us... His market value settled in and the Bucs offered him a 4 year/$26mil deal. We tried to jump back in and match the offer, but he got butthurt that we didn't make a high enough offer to begin with and left us... for a team that somehow did "worse" than we did.

Yeah. I'm not high on Skrine. But you're right on letting these values dip. But we can't be Idzik and wait too long. CBs are now a hot commodity.

It actually started yesterday at noon. When teams can set up contracts and agreements with players. Suh is signing with MIA...Maclin with KC ect ect...all before Tuesday. FA already underway

You can't sign the actual paper...but you can dam sure get your guy right now if you want. Don't know why they call it this..just start FA early and call it a day

I said they can't sign. And all of the deals that broke this weekend..will be signed Tuesday all with the same teams. While they can discuss with other teams...they are going to the teams already mentioned. FA has started

What bothers me the most is that the three teams in strongest contention were apparently the Jags, Eagles, and Giants... Titans nowhere to be found. Well, awesome job as always, Webster. You've probably managed to piss off JMac even more now... while he continues to watch his brother play for a successful team while you do nothing to improve ours. Thanks, you no talent ass clown!

That said, those numbers are extremely high for a safety, so I'm not as mad as I was a minute ago... But Jason and their family really, really wanted him here.

Good thing we've locked up our punter and long snapper... can't wait until Tuesday when we make Harry Douglas the highest paid WR in NFL history.

I swear if we end up blowing a ton of money on Murray with no OL for him to run behind... It would make a lot of sense for an idiot like Webster to do that though.
