Apparently, my theory of the Eagles stocking draft picks is malarkey.

I can't believe they gave the Rams those picks, plus picked up the contract, and gave them Foles.

It hurts my head a little bit.

I agree with those that have said Chip Kelly will either be a genius, or a total crash and burn by the end of the season.

I feel like there is something here though that we still don't know...this can't be his final plan.... it just can't be.

1999-2003 was fun, but always disappointing in the end.

I'd say 3 years 48 million with 42 million guaranteed with limited outs. You have to outdo the Patriots in order to beat them out a free agent.

Falcons signed LBs Brooks Reed and Justin Durant and G Mike Person. Also resigned RB Antoine Smith. They're also front-runners for DE O'Brien Schofield, and they will have former Georgia Tech DE Derrick Morgan in for a visit this week.

Lions acquired DT Haloti Ngata from the Ravens for fourth- and fifth-round draft picks.

The Lions are also receiving a seventh-round pick. Out of the blue, the Lions have their Ndamukong Suh replacement. The Ravens and Ngata had been trying to agree on a restructured contract. It's unclear if his deal will be tweaked in Detroit. Ngata has spent his entire nine-year career in Baltimore. He was suspended for the first four games of last season, but was typically disruptive upon his return. He's no Suh at this point of his career, but it's a strong get for the Lions.

Even if we have to switch to 3-4. I THANK YOU BALTIMORE

Jets agreed to terms with CB Darrelle Revis, formerly of the Patriots, on a five-year, $70 million contract with $39 million guaranteed.

He's baaaack. Revis' agents made the announcement on Twitter. Revis continues to make bank and is now the highest-paid cornerback in NFL history. After the Patriots failed to pick up Revis' $20 million team option, word immediately began circulating that Revis was planning a return to New York. After a two-year hiatus with stops in Tampa Bay and New England, Revis and the Jets get back together with the man who ousted him -- ex-GM John Idzik -- no longer working for the team. Revis will turn 30 this summer, but is still elite. He and Buster Skrine should make up Gang Green's new corner duo.
