I'd like to think this loser slides further than just the 3rd. If Mett can slide all the way to the 6th for smoking pot, this loser can fall just as far.

1 Championship game, 4 straight NFC Championship games, I can't recall 6 or 7 division titles. So yes, very much better than Dallas has been in that time span.

Smoking pot is not going to make somebody slide to the 6th round. Gregory just got busted for it and he's still going to go in the first round. We all know the kind of issues Winston has and he'll still go first overall. It is and will always be talent dependent.

Crabtree is visiting the Raiders today, and boy do we need help at the WR position, I read that the Dolphins offered him $3 Million.... Would be funny if we did sign him, I wanted us to draft him, but our senile owner took DHB instead, someone we probably could have got in the second round

I don't think you guys need Crabtree. He's not very good at this point. Greg Jennings is still out there. If you add him with the receiver you draft in the first round I think you've got a good solid receiving core and you leave the diva attitude out.

I was over-exaggerating a bit, but I do think the pot dropped Mett from round 3-4 to round 6. And had he not torn his ACL, he would've been considered a round 2-3 prospect.

And the whole point was that a DUI is far more severe than pot... so I'd expect PJ to fall to the 3rd, if not later.

I don't have a personal issue with pot whatsoever, but Gregory cost himself millions by doing so. That's incredibly stupid on his part. You know you're going to get tested... just quit a few weeks before the test. It's that simple. Then after you're drafted, hit the bong for a bit here and there.

Combine this with the fact that he's a raw prospect who also lost weight (when he needs to be gaining it) and I wouldn't be completely shocked if he fell to round 2... although I have him going #13 to fhe Saints.

He's a boom or bust player for sure.

Marcell Dareus reached a plea agreement on his '14 drag racing incident. Still waiting on Goodell's punishment though.

LeGarrette Blount has been suspended for one game for violating the substance abuse policy after being arrested last summer with then-teammate Le'Veon Bell. Blount reached a plea bargain for marijuana possession in which the charges were dropped after he did 50 hours of community service. Bell will likely receive a two-game suspension after receiving probation from his DUI during the arrest.

Broncos CB Aqib Talib and his brother are being investigated for assault at a Dallas nightclub. Talib has had several legal run-ins throughout his career and was suspended for a game in 2010 for a prior offense. He also was suspended for 4 games in 2012 for testing positive for Adderall. If there is anything to this Talib could be looking at a lengthy suspension.

An eagles beat writer posted he "heard" they go the game.

Obviously not 100% but beat writers since they just focus on 1 team are usually good.

The Eagles are certainly a possibility for the opening game against the Patriots, as really the Eagles and Steelers are the only marquee home games the Patriots have. The opening game has only been an inter-conference game once since the defending champion started hosting the opener in 2004, which is why I think the Steelers are the more likely opponent, but the Eagles bring some good storylines with Chip Kelly and their revamped offense. I will be shocked if the opener doesn't feature the Patriots against one of the Pennsylvania teams.

However, if history's any indication, the Patriots won't be playing the Eagles and here's why: Philadelphia plays its final preseason game on the road. The Eagles final preseason game is on the road this year against the Jets.

So what does the Eagles final preseason game have to do with the regular season schedule?

Of the 10 non-Super Bowl winning teams who have played in the regular season opener since 2005, not one of them has played their final preseason game on the road.

Pittsburgh is at home for it's final preseason game. The Bills, who some consider a dark horse for the opener, play on the road in their final preseason game.

Yea its a toss up either way but 2 things IMO also for the eagles:
- chip kelly has really given the eagles alot of buzz.
- with this being SB50 theyre really playing up the 19 SB rematch games with "gold weekends" so what better way to start then with a SB39 rematch.
