The big winner at Matt Ryan's charity golf tournament on Monday was definitely Matt Ryan.

The Falcons quarterback was part of a fivesome that won Ryan's fifth annual charity tournament. For finishing in first place, each member of Ryan's group was rewarded with a football signed by Matt Ryan himself.

I don't like how it says Cleveland on the front rather than Browns, and don't like how it has the team's name on the legs. Really though it's pretty much impossible for me to like the Browns' jerseys because their colors are awful so there's no way for them to look good to me.

Aaron Hernandez has been found guilty of first degree murder. He'll spend the rest of his life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Aaron Hernandez being found guilty definitely sheds a bleak outlook for him on the double murder trial he has coming up. If he is found guilty there he could get the death penalty.

Maybe so, but I haven't read anything official about it. I know he's from somewhere in Alabama, so he'd be close to home.

Our OL, as of right now, would get him killed.

Is he being tried in federal court? Massachusetts doesn't have the death penalty.

AP reinstated as of Friday

NFL removed Vikings RB Adrian Peterson from the exempt/commissioner's list.

As a condition of his reinstatement, Peterson must maintain an "ongoing program of counseling and treatment as recommended by medical advisors." The question now becomes where Peterson will be playing in 2015. He appears dead set against returning to the Vikings, but at least so far, they've appeared dead set on keeping him. Due $44.25 million over the next three seasons, Peterson would almost certainly have to restructure his contract as part of any trade.

MA has no death penalty..he will get life. Wouldn't be surprised if he tries to take his own life at some point in jail

Beyond the murder of Odin Lloyd that Hernandez has already been charged with, he is also still under investigation in a 2012 double homicide, with a grand jury in Suffolk County, Mass., considering whether or not to indict him, according to Pro Football Talk. However, if it turns out that there’s a connection between the two incidents, that could literally be a death sentence for Hernandez. “If this was a murder of a witness or someone who knew something about the earlier murder, then this case becomes potentially a death penalty case and a federal proceeding,” attorney Jack Furlong told Pro Football Talk. “Remember, Massachusetts does not have the death penalty. The United States government does. … This case … went across state lines repeatedly between Florida, Connecticut and Massachusetts. It could go federal in a heartbeat.” Lloyd may have known about the 2012 double murder, according to Pro Football Talk, citing unnamed reports.
