I'm pretty sure Brady's texts would have reveled him to be a blatant cheater despite being a four time SB winner. Or are you trying to say Brady didn't give up the info based on principle?

If Brady was innocent why did he act like such a ***** when the Wells report came out? I think most people who are innocent and have their name besmirched would react in a much stronger way. More than biting your tounge and having your agent and daddy talk for you. He would have acted like he did when he was first asked about it. Blanket denials.

I've got a good job, and think I'm well respected. But if I was accused of an agregious act like Brady was, and my employers asked me for the information in the same light I would have submitted it without question. If you are innocent and have been accused of something you weren't involved most are eager to clear there name. Why was Brady not? Also remember the offer was his attorney go through all the correspondence first and ONLY submit any relevant information. If no such information existed why did he refuse?

One simple answer. He cheated and didn't want his correspondence on the record.

The Patriots need your help!

Help them pay the $1 Million Dollar Fine imposed by the NFL.

You can help pay the fine by donating to gofundme

They need your help to undo this gross injustice.

People can refuse to cooperate and still be innocent, they're not mutually exclusive. It's ok that you'd roll over without question, but some people actually like having rights and use them.

Egregious act? Please, this was the equivalent of speeding. The NFL doesn't care about the integrity of the game or domestic violence or other issues. The league cares only about money. They hand out punishments according to how much of a mess and how big of a story it becomes so you can bet the next player with a video of them knocking out a woman will be banned for life.

Which are totally worth it to win a super bowl lol can't take that feeling of winning the Super bowl away from those fans and it'll always be in the record books regardless of the debate of who knew and did what surrounding this.

I wish the Wells' report used other words than "More Probable Than Not" because people who don't understand why they used those exact words keep thinking that the Wells' report isn't definitive.

Red handed? Perhaps you should look up the definition of that.

Just what us sports fans need, Donald Trump giving his opinion on the Brady situation on SportsCenter a little bit ago.

Of course it was a joke, Wells is delusional. As for Brady,

When he talked about blowing it up to a balloon, it was obviously a joke. Calling himself the deflator months before deflategate? Smoking gun. Talk about cherry picking to support a guilty conclusion.

I wish the Wells report had credible evidence and wasn't full of holes so we could know definitively if they cheated or not.

Now he's contradicting his own report. Brady wasn't available and didn't answer everything, yet now he was cooperative and answered all they asked? SMH.

I've discussed the whole "deflator" comment with a few friends and I was the only one who asked if this wasn't just an off-cuff remark in the sense that their job is to take new, maximum inflated balls and scuff them up and let air out of them to Tom's standards. So in that sense, yeah he's the "Deflator" but not in the sneaky sneaky way everyone else is taking it. Just a thought.

Wells certainly came out guns a blazing. It's pretty clear that there is something on Brady's phone that he wants to keep a secret. If he had nothing to hide, he would have handed over the phone.
