Sure as hell was. Now with the rules as they are they have to "review" every single scoring play. But it stands so that's good.

what a crazy day for football!

  • i really dislike when some players get "injured" and then come back and the commentators blabber on and on about it. Driver looks like he gets hurt back on some random @ss end of play, gets freaking carted off the field and then comes back 4 minutes later perfectly fine...? almost as bad as Paul Pierce bawling in the Finals and then coming back later perfectly fine. and then the commentators, "oh my god! we thought we'd never see Driver play again! thank god he's soooo tough!" ugh. enough already.

  • DETROIT! very glad they came back. hate Dallas, and always fun to see them suck it up. especially Romo who people christened as the greatest of all time way back when for no reason at all. he's such a goof and just constantly foils under pressure. hilarious to watch. every. single. time.

  • DETROIT! i wonder how long people will root for Detroit before they begin to hate them. like, Packer fans. right now the Lions are kind of like the cute, cuddly team that everyone loves and adores but doesn't really expect them to do much. but when will the Lions turn into a hated team for them like the Vikings or Bears? seems like that time is coming... especially after knocking out Rodgers last year and winning 7-3...

  • Minnesota. they really suck and sorry to their fans, but good times are NOT ahead. remember the team before Favre? they sucked (Tarvaris era) and that was with Peterson and Allen. Favre MADE that team what it was. now the defense is old, Peterson is the only weapon and aside from Harvin they have NO offensive outside weapons. and now, no QB. and an old, old, old offensive and defensive line and a sucktacular secondary. lions, packers and bears all solid, packers and lions getting better and better... minnesota made a huge mistake drafting Ponder since they'll likely be aiming for Luck. what a waste of a first round pick if they do get Luck (a la Carolina drafting Clausen and then Newton and now Clausen sits on the bench)

the big question after four weeks is... WHO DRAFTS ANDREW LUCK?

my guess: MIAMI DOLPHINS | INDIANAPOLIS COLTS.

Miami sucks and they all hate Henne. Colts won't win more than 4 games at best, and what better time to replace Manning than getting Luck?

other bad teams this year:
St. Louis (no, they have Bradford)
Seattle (hmm... maybe, Tarvaris ain't the answer)
Kansas City (yep. could go here and waste away. Cassell isn't the answer)
Jacksonville (no, Gabbard)
Denver (hmm... Fox clearly doesn't want anything to do with Tebow. might as well trade him now)
Eagles (they are 1-3!!!! )

That's the first, and hopefully last, time I ever hear Dan Marino and Colt McCoy mentioned in the same sentence.

I think St. Louis could end up with the worst record. Of course if that did happen they'd trade it and get a king's ransom in return. The #1 pick will command a massive price in 2012.

true. that would be great for them! or... does Luck fall to like, #8 or something!

however i definitely doubt that since such lackluster QB's off gone much too soon (Gabbard, Ponder, Dalton, Tebow...) and teams jump and panic at the sight of any QB lol

What about the Panthers? They are 1-3. When Steve Smith is not there. Who is Cam going to throw to? His TE's Olson or Shockey? I know the NFL is raving about Cam, but I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up like Vince Young. IMO, he reminds me of him except that they utilize Cam's running ability with that QB option.

Barring some major felony or career ending injury there is no way Carolina can draft a QB in the first round. They have so many needs and Cam Newton (as of now) is fully capable of leading their offense.

If it isn't Colts/Dolphins/Vikings/Seahawks it has to be the Jaguars. Gabbert barely passed for 40% completion (not even sure, 16/42 is bad).

EDIT: Lol another fumble for Marky Mark, I think he's a scared of dem Ravens

They'd trade the #1 pick if they get it. And for Carolina that's a good thing. They have a ton of needs, but none of them are at QB. The 2012 #1 overall could yield a large number of picks via trade for a team like Carolina or St. Louis.

I bet that Darth Anakin must have come to the realization that the Sorry A@@ Cobwebs are nothing but a team put together by an old Duct Tape.

Its not wade phillips, its not the injuries, its not ............(list of the things that cowboys fans use to have a reason why Tony Romo doesn't suck).
