Apparently. That's the second time this season where a fumbled ball rolled out of the end zone, which is apparently a fumble recovery + touchback.

I hope they change this rule. Way I see it, if a fumbled ball goes out of bounds, it should be spotted where it was last possessed by a player, and remain in control of that team unless it was 4th down and spotted at insufficient yardage, even of the end zone is involved. A team should have to actually recover a fumbled ball to get the turnover.

I had a funny feeling the Seahawk swatting the ball out wasn't exactly how you recover a fumble.

But the other team only gets the ball if it goes out the endzone.
If he fumbled & the ball went out at the 1 lions keep the ball.

Aguayo is only a redshirt junior so it will be interesting to see if he stays in school. He considered leaving early after last season and Mel Kiper said if he'd declared he could have been a day two pick.

I don't like to wish injury on anybody, but wouldn't lose sleep over another lengthy suspension! I'm sure it's just a matter of time with Hardy. Good decision making is not his strong suit.

Andrew Luck is out again tonight and Matt Hasselbeck will start again, per Ian Rapoport and Adam Schefter. The Colts are fortunate that they have Jacksonville and Houston during Luck's absence as they've got a real chance at going 2-0, because the way they played last week would have resulted in them getting blown out against a competent opponent.
