Daily fantasy has always been illegal in my state (Iowa), so I've never got to experience it and have to just play normal season-long fantasy. There's really no question daily fantasy is gambling but I wish the federal government would accept that there's a huge amount of sports gambling going on and just allow it, regulate it, and tax it.

Why do you think they have Casino's? They get a cut. That's why the State fought with the local Indian tribe for equal casino rights within the State. That's why we have four regional Casino's going in, along with the Indian Casino's, because the State wants a bigger cut.

I wouldn't worry about this though, those gaming websites will settle out of court, agreeing to pay a penalty, and then will be licensed for operation in NYS. It will be settled quickly, but I don't think before football season is over, though. Maybe by the NBA All Star break, or Baseball season. I hope it is soon. Just let em gamble...but get paid.....everybody.

That's the last matchup you guys want, Packers have been owned past few years with certain style qb's ala Keap ... And Cam is 100x better with a great team around him...

Not doubting Rodgers, but the team def needs to get there shit together, too much talent there not too
