If he retires right now, he will unfortunately not have a chance at the HoF.

He obviously doesn't care, but it would suck for him not to make it.

Surprised by the poll numbers here.

I think the ONLY team (excluding Seahawks as the poll says) from this round that is even capable of reaching the Super Bowl is the Steelers.

A lot will hinge on DeAngelo Williams' health and Martavis Bryant needs to sack up, but I think they can get by the Bengals this week with no Dalton.

I still see a Steelers/Pats AFC Championship happening.

How will they replace all those playoff wins he helped them get.

Vikings vs Seahawks could take place in subzero temperatures. They have a high of 1 on Sunday

A lot of the run game. Beast Mode and AD. My kind of game. #1 on my watch list for wild card weekend.

Calvin was before the triple option. It started in Demarius's last season.

Why would the Bucs fire Lovie Smith?!

6-10 with a rookie QB. Ridiculous.

Must have some sweet candidates lined up. Makes no sense otherwise.

Jameis Winston looks to be a good QB for years to come too, maybe they have a QB guru in mind to replace Smith.

Yea, I guess that makes sense. Might be able to promote Dirk Koetter.

This sucks for us though... Opens up massive competition for our vacancy. Josh McDaniels apparently said he wants the Titans job. Wonder if he's now want the Bucs job that it's opened up.

Not that I necessarily want McDaniels, but I want options.

Gase, Jackson, Koetter, Shula, McDaniels... All offensive minded guys who would make some sense for Mariota.

If we bring back Mularkey or hire from within that would be such a Titans thing to do.

Of those options I would watch Josh McDaniels, if only because his offense is very effective and because he's from the Parcells/Belichick tree.

Megatron was wasted in Detroit. All those years there and only a record and two postseason games to show for it.

I wonder if there were internal problems. Maybe he and management didn't see eye to eye.

Heh not so well but our offense is so bad and I'm so sick of Garrett, I'd definitely be willing to give McDaniels a shot at this point.

So they fire their head coach to keep him?

Wouldn't be the first time. One of the main reasons Jon Gruden was fired was because Raheem Morris was expected to get a head coaching job and the Bucs didn't want to lose him, so they fired Gruden and made Morris the head coach.

Quick fantasy football question...my lady ended up placing second in our weekly NFL Pick 'Em League and the topic came up of giving the Commish a tip. What say you guys? It was a 60+ person league so he had to collect money (he's old school so no Paypal, straight cash/checks), etc.

Wait, so the winners that placed in the top 3 gave that or everyone did? OK, so 60 people, $100 each = $6,000 x 10% = $600?
