maybe Andy Reid finally gets fired this year along with most of the coaching staff

I'm impartial to him but 13 something years hasn't brought a title so the Eagles should get a fresh start

hey now!!

i'm always nervous before games. and our def. looked like it's old self those 1st 2 drives.

glad to see them settle down and actually look a little bit like they did last year!!

was really, REALLY happy w/the way Newhouse and Sherrod played @ both tackle spots for more than 1/2 the game!!!

and Rodgers was just surgical again!!!

Aaron Rodgers

They showed the highest maintained career passer rating after 1500 pass attempts. Rodgers was first at 100.9. Warner was second at 100.2.

Tell me about it. Sheesh. If we can't beat MIA - that's it for our season, honestly - the morale/mental blow will do it.

Ditto, we got 2 critical players back healthy in Scandrick and Austin and Bryant got healthier, we should be at near full strength for this showdown with the Patriots. Still don't think we win but those two back gives us a good chance.

I'm hoping he keeps it up. I don't see a defense on the schedule that can keep Rodgers under at least 300 yards. Maybe the Bears because they always give us trouble. But I'm expecting ARodg to break some records this season in his first MVP season. I love how we've become public enemy number 1 in Atlanta. Go Pack GO!!!

Rodgers is everything I wish Romo would be - smart with the football, accurate on all the throws, a threat to score in the red zone. Still surprised he fell so far in the same draft that Alex Smith went #1 overall in.

One big reason Rodgers fell so far is because he came from Jeff Tedford's system. The prior first round quarterbacks from Tedford's system were Trent Dilfer, David Carr, Akili Smith, Joey Harrington, and Kyle Boller, and none of them were very successful. Dilfer was horribly inconsistent in Tampa before going to Baltimore were he just needed to manage the offense and let the defense win games. Teams were afraid Tedford had a system that would make quarterbacks successful in the college game but wouldn't transfer to the pro game.

My buddy was telling me that Roddy White was talking some smack before this game….something about how the Packers got lucky in the Divisional Game last year….yeah, it was lucky to be as lights out as Rodgers was and beat them by what…..27 points??

If he keeps going @ this pace….he’ll be hands down a unanimous MVP.

Although I’d like to see them lose a couple games in the process…..not like it mattes, if they get into the playoffs, everyone is going to be gunning for them anyway.

If he keeps it up….i’ll be cashing in the 2nd part of my “I told you so” from last season on how Rodgers will win an MVP before Romo!!

He’s extremely smart w/the ball…..he spends so much time watching film every week is crazy!!!

He fell b/c of his mechanic’s (he had terrible mechanics those 1st 2 years) and his height.

Prediction for our game? Feeling 28-24 New England but it really could go either way.

I'm guessing more like 31-28 New England. Dallas should be able to throw on the Patriots quite a bit and the Patriots could be in for a letdown after 4 straight tough games but I can't pick against the Patriots at home since they've won 19 straight regular season games there.

my jaw hit the floor when they said yesterday that that was Brady's 1st INT in the redzone @ home in his career!!!

Even with dumb dumb Romo at the controls we have one of the best passing attacks in the league so we should be able to go up and down the field on the Patriots. Also with Rob Ryan at the controls our defense is much better than it was last year so I doubt they will score 42 points on us.
