I will laugh if you got rid of Eric then on Sunday he has a great game and you are kicking yourself for it but that probably will not happen anyway but who knows?

I think Del Rio needs to blame someone else. Not just Turk. Yes it was windy. I was out there (not at the game), but when we keep going 3 and out, you shouldn't put all blame on the punter. Even Del Rio said several times per post game conference that all the blame goes to himself.

If we at least sustain some decent drives, the Punter wouldn't be in this situation on a windy day. Our offense blows. Twice we were inside the 5 yard line and came out with only FG's.

Can't have a good week on Sunday. Denver bye week.

Either way, it happens. Sometimes you get great pickups for drops (like Cam Newton OH YEAH!), and sometimes you get shafted.

Who would have guessed before the season that the biggest matchup of week 6 would be 49ers at Lions?

I think the biggest match-up of week 6 is Cowboys at Patriots, I doubt a lot of people outside California and Michigan will see 49ers at Lions.

Ahh, gotcha. You're right, my bad. Still disagree with you completely about the Lions. There are 2 undefeated teams, they are one of them.

My prediction for final standings in that division -
Green Bay 14-2
Detroit 12-4
Chicago 8-8
Minnesota 4-12
Huge drop-off after the top 2 teams, I think. No idea on the NFC East so far really but I think the Iggles are done there.
AFC East
New England 14-2
Buffalo 11-5
NY Jets 8-8
Miami 2-14

Yeah, I was talking more about how it's a big game because it's a conference game featuring a division leader and a division co-leader. Dallas-New England will kill it in the ratings but the Lions-49ers game could end up being huge in terms of playoff seeding.

Expecting the Lions to beat the 49ers so 4-2 49ers and 6-0 Lions after that one, feeling 34-24.

I agree with the Lions win, but I think the 49ers score less than 24. Alex Smith has to spot playing well at some point, right?

Lions are mediocre against the run, I think Gore is going to be HUGE in this game, both rushing and receiving.

Vikings over the Bears? I do not know, the Vikings usually play like crap at Solider Field, I would be suprised if the Vikings win but I would be happy if they do

I think with the win over AZ they learned their lesson. Hand it off to Peterson all day and get after the QB. That's all they need to do against the Bears. Hit Cutler a few times and he'll start pouting and making bad decisions.

As long as the don't kick it to Hester they'll win. I would rather let the Bears offense start at the 40 every single drive than kick it to Hester.

EDIT@wolvie: Houston over Baltimore???? Houston who is missing their best offensive weapon in Andre Johnson, and just lost their best defensive player in Mario Williams, Houston? Over Baltimore? Who's coming off a bye week......

It's my upset pick of the week, Houston can either wilt after that shocking loss to Oakland or they can rise to the occasion and win the upset of the week. Nah I made that pick because you picked the Patriots to spank us when really that should be one of the closest games of the week.
