I wonder if the ratings in the Thanksgiving game between GB, and DET might skyrocket because of the Lions success.

Yeah something tells me a lot more people will watch that one than the one that should be a snooze-fest, Dallas and Miami.

I picked the Patriots to spank Dallas because they will. Romo CANNOT keep up with Brady throw for throw. Both teams have the same build offensively and Brady is LEAGUES ahead of Romo in handling it. Your defense is great against the run, but the Patriots don't even need to run.

Plus the fact that they play in Foxborough isn't helping.

Arizona just got 2015 super bowl.

Thanksgiving ratings actually dont fluctuate too much.

The lions game had 28,000,000 watch last year.

Well I'll say this, the Patriots pretty much have in the passing game Welker and 2 great receiving tight ends. If Scandrick and Lee have a good game we have a shot. Also want to say again -
2006 against undefeated Indianapolis
2007 against undefeated Green Bay
2009 all 3 times against the Eagles and against undefeated New Orleans
Dallas and Romo both rise to the occasion when nobody thinks they will win, I'm well aware of the daunting task of beating the Patriots in Foxboro. If we don't at least have an even turnover ratio in this one we lose, even with our offense getting healthy and our defense way better than it was last year.

Two bad pass defenses. Should be interesting, but I don't think Romo and the Boys can outscore Brady and his boys. Hernandez should be at full health, so we should see a Patriots offense that is more like it was in week 1 and the first quarter of week 2. Scary.

Nice to see the Lions finally have some success. Love to see them somehow make the Superbowl.

Also just looked at the next few weeks. The thing that stands out the most is actually Oakland's schedule. They should be 6-2 going into their bye week. CLE, DEN, KC all at home.

The 49ers, Bills, Lions, and Raiders all playoff contenders? Crazy year in football.

We don't have a BAD pass defense, we have a secondary that's finally healthy since the start of camp and playing a lot better than it did last year. I believe we were 31st against the pass last year? We're 12th this year and that's with a banged-up Jenkins and a Newman that missed the first two games so we had the useless Alan Ball starting and safeties actually rotating in at a couple corner spots. Scandrick, Newman and Jenkins will all be in this one and they did just hold the high powered Lions to 17 points, granted the Bears held them to 24. I give us a decent but not great shot at being the first team in who knows how long to end the Patriots streak for 30+ games.

The Eagles appear to be well on their way to winning the NFC East and going on to win the Super Bowl, oh wait.

You should have a shot at your division since they all seem to be falling apart (except the Redskins wtf?)

But nobody beats Brady in Foxborough. I hate to admit it, but the streak is getting ridiculous.

After the Patriots we have -
St Louis
@Philadelphia
Seattle
Buffalo
@Washington
Miami
@Arizona
NY Giants
@Tampa Bay
Philadelphia
@NY Giants
Even with the inconsistent Romo we should do well enough to win at least 8 of those so we'll see if that's enough to get into the post-season and make noise or not.

Miami's organization kicking their own fans while they're down?

Source: http://www.nfl.com/news/story/09000d...P11_hot_topics

"Three months ago, when many expected Tim Tebow to be the Broncos' starting quarterback job before Kyle Orton's play in training camp dictated otherwise, the business side of the Dolphins' organization had an idea.

They'd honor the University of Florida -- located 325 miles north of Sun Life Stadium -- on the day Tebow's Broncos were scheduled to play Miami on Oct. 23. But nobody could have imagined the drama that would unfold since.

As it turns out, Tebow will make his first start on that day, resulting in what could be as dramatic a game as anyone could expect from two teams with losing records.

If the Dolphins' business side has its way, Tebow's faithful will scoop up tickets, which have been packaged as part of a Gator Day experience for $115 per person, as they head to Sun Life Stadium to watch their old quarterback play. They'll dress in the Gators' orange and blue (which happen to be the Broncos' colors), and they'll cheer for Tebow (who will be trying to defeat the Dolphins). And they'll do all of this in the same venue where the Miami Hurricanes play their homes games.

Aw-kward.

...

Alas, it looks like Tebow won't have to worry about facing a raucous crowd on the road for his much anticipated 2011 debut as the Broncos' starter.

Instead, he'll play in a place that might support him nearly as much as crowds in Denver or Gainesville. So Gators fans, get out your No. 15 jerseys. It might just be Tebow Time. In Denver. And in Miami. However strange it might seem."

See thats the thing about the Raiders, we usually beat the teams were supposed to lose to, and the Lose to the teams were supposed to beat, yes this year seems different but only time will tell, we have a tough Browns team, well rested coming off a bye next week with a pretty solid running game, lets with that one first

The Bengals have already announced their game Sunday against the Colts will not be a sellout and will be blacked out. It is their 7th straight blackout, the longest current streak in the league.

Guessing our games here for Sunday will be - Dallas@New England, Washington and Philadelphia and Buffalo @ New York Giants. Considering the only one DirecTV is not showing me game info for is the 11 AM NFC game, I'm betting I'm right.

To be fair, 3 of the QBs Dallas has faced were Mark Sanchez, Alex Smith, and Rex Grossman, not to mention the collapse against Detroit. The Cowboys are 19th in pass Yds/G according to NFL.com, giving up 7 TDs in 4 games, which is equal or more than 12 teams have given up in 5 weeks. I don't think whether they are a bit better or not matters. Tom Brady with weapons at full strength is gonna score.
