It all falls back to coaching and I am not sure Bradley has it to be a great head coach. We didn't adjust, our game plan was terrible, and the team did not have a fire lit under them at all.
And you guys were a sexy pick heading into the season as one of the teams to watch out for. Same with OAK and they get torched at home by ATL.

Any Jaguar fan has to realize that the reason why Bortles, Robinson, and Hurns had such big numbers last year is because we scored a lot of TD's late in several games where we were losing by a large margin in the 4th qtr.

I still think AFC South is still in reach, but the Jags just need win their division games and hope they can contend for the title since more than likely only one team from that division will make it into the postseason with a 9-7 record.

I also think the Jags need to play it out before making any coaching changes because I think this will lead to another long rebuild for the franchise. I'm refusing to hit the panic button even though I'm furious about yesterday's performance.

Week 2 is too soon to overreact. Lot of things can change. The falcons started last season 5-0 and missed the playoffs.

Good call, nailed it.

That being said, in such a results driven league and with the visibility of teams and players to fans via social media and such, it seems like there's more and more pressure to win and win now in the "need it immediately" generation.

Torn meniscus is a lot better than it could have been. When Chris Johnson tore his meniscus he was able to play through the injury. I'd be surprised if Peterson doesn't miss some time, but at least it shouldn't be season-ending.

On a related note, Browns fans will be consuming lots of Kessler to get through the season.

Actually it's 5 different QB's in 5 weeks going back to last season.

Just the Browns being the Browns.

Was a good win! Glad Wentz stayed composed in his first road game. Although the first 2 teams weren't the greatest competition, it's still very encouraging to pull out 2 wins and his confidence should continue to go up. Huge test next week against 'Burgh.

So far Wentz is looking like the real deal. Maybe I was wrong in thinking he was likely to be a bust.

I guess its arrogance. I mean 1 losing season in 20 years. Or in the last 40 years only 8 losing season. Not to bad. 10 for the Dolphins, 17 for the jets and 22 for the bills. I'm not sure doormat is right.

Yea we signed him the day before training camp started. We all know he doesn't have much left in the tank, but his veteran presence helps... and we'd be 0-2 if that pass was thrown to anyone else. Clutch. Mariota went 11/13 for 107 yards and 2 TDs in the 4th (9/9 on the final drive). Absolutely awful the rest of the game, but at least he showed up when it counted.

I think this is AJ's last stop. It was a 2 year deal, but I assume he'll retire at the end of the season.

I'm 0-2 in one of my fantasy leagues and have been outscored by a total of 2.1 points. In week one I played the person with the most points for the week and I had the second most points and in week two I played the person with the second most points and I had the third most points. I lead the league in points scored. I hate fantasy football sometimes.

A little history lesson...Pats* fans were an extremely scarce commodity until Brady came along and started winning. Then, all of a sudden, there were NE fans popping up everywhere. Once the wins started piling up, the chest of their collective fan base began puffing up season after season as the team was expected to win every game. That's the genesis of the arrogance. You ever see a NE fan after a loss? They're jumping off bridges because of their expectations. That fan base has gotten so obnoxious it's ridiculous. Ask 90% of NE fans who Steve Grogan or Tony Eason is and you get a blank stare. The fans that do are just about the only NE fans I respect and it has absolutely nothing to do with being a NYJ fan.
