I really hope Philly pops a trade for an elite WR.
Omg, if Wentz had that OL and offensive playmakers Dallas has!

Thought this was by far his worst game - dak didnt look great up until the last drive.

I think the key is the steelers game in 2 wks - if he stuggles then id go to romo.

+ romo will just get hurt in 3 games anyways so then its back to dak so.

The whole team looked sloppy. Very first play Lucky Whitehead gets lucky and his fumble falls right into his lap.

I'm sure the Eagles would have won if they went with a vertical passing game instead of horizontal.

I must be a terrible influence on Dak. Every time I see him, he just looks awful. Then when I turn away, he looks like a Superstar. Or so I'm told anyway, I never get to see it.

What I really want to know is: If you asked Witten, Beasley, Williams, and Dez who they wanted and they had to be totally honest, would any of them really pick Dak? Obviously they are going to support their current QB when asked in a public forum, but I find it highly difficult to believe, unless they know something really bad about Romo, that any of those guys truly believe Dak is the man over Tony.

When you see Romo on the sidelines, it's painfully clear he'd rather be on the golf course.

Not sure it's feasible (due to salary cap issues), but a Romo trade to Denver would make a lot of sense to me as long as they don't have to give up much. It's really the contract that's the issue. It's a risk, but he's infinitely better than Siemien and Lynch. They're Super Bowl contenders with Romo. One and done with Siemien/Lynch.

It's not feasible because there's no way Dallas could absorb the dead money in Romo's contract. Dallas is around $4 million under the cap, and a trade of Romo would lead to about an additional $20 million cap hit because they've restructured Romo's contract so many times to gain cap space and if Romo were traded that money would immediately hit their cap.

The problem with that is the trade deadline passed today. There's also the fact that Romo is probably less mobile and more brittle than Bradford right now.

Nothing else you can do. Suck it up and look towards next week. I'm worried with our depleted O line Stafford might light it up. At least we beat the Cheesers. That always warms my heart.

I dunno, during last year's 4-12 season after Romo went down again against Carolina, I kinda became numb to the losing because it became expected. Why Dak and Easy E have been such a boon this year.

I was sooooo happy when that turd didn't get a first ballot to the HoF. I hope the writers make him wait as long as possible.

Now, hopefully this off season when Philly signs an elite WR, he's not a total head case. Might be a tough request as a good amount of WRs are divas.
