I wouldn't say definitely, it may actually be that a judge and the players decide to go with say a 3 game pre-season and a 14 game regular season.

2011 is definately 16 games reg / 4 pre....any changes wouldnt happen till 2012 the earliest.

The Jets, for some reason, seem to want Randy Moss

Randy Moss, once upon a time, was the most unstoppable receiver in the NFL. It was easy to forget that last year, though, he was spectacularly unproductive with three different teams in one season.

Still, there's apparently a team out there that would love to have Randy wearing its uniform: It's the "no head case is too wacky for us" New York Jets. Here's Vic Carucci of NFL.com:

Although Moss is 34 and is entering his 14th NFL season, there is at least one coach who believes he still can make a significant impact: the Jets' Rex Ryan.

According to multiple league insiders, the interest the Jets have in Moss is twofold. One, it could help them weather the very real possibility of losing at least one of their three free-agent receivers: [Santonio] Holmes, Braylon Edwards and Brad Smith. Two, it would keep Moss from returning to the Patriots, whom he is known to want to re-join.

Titans receiver Kenny Britt was arrested for eluding an officer (a felony), lying to an officer hindering apprehension (a misdemeanor), and obstructing governmental function (another misdemeanor) after getting in a high speed chase when cops tried to pull him over for speeding and then trying to flee on foot. Britt was arrested in 2010 for outstanding traffic warrants and was reportedly involved in a fight at a nightclub in 2010, though no charges were filed in that incident, and earlier this year he was charged with theft-by-deception, a misdemeanor in which Britt promised in court to pay a friend's bail money but never paying. Depending on how the personal conduct policy works in the next CBA Britt could be looking at a fairly lengthy suspension, likely 4-8 games.

yesterday i saw the commercial for the draft when they spout off 8 or 9 packers from the team that were drafted and @ the end it says "this is where champions are built".....

Most squad cars these days have polics cams in their cars too. There is probably decent quality police footage showing him in the driver's seat. Though it's possible he ends up just paying off his friend to take the fall for him.

It's not surprising the Bucs are playing in London again. They can't sell out their own stadium and their owner is trying to make the team popular in England, where he also owns Manchester United. Unfortunately he's been one of the most-hated people in England ever since he bought Manchester United so many fans will automatically hate the Bucs purely because of their owner.

This game is one of the biggest wastes of time ever. Nobody watches American football in Britain except American ex-pats. Give it up NFL, American football ain't happening in Europe, nor does the NFL need it to. Most sports fans over there prefer watching men kick around a soccer ball in a game that often ends with nobody even scoring.
