Collingsworth is an idiot plain & simple. His voice is annoying as all hell. I agree with you aboot Irvin though.

Most former players are terrible at broadcasting, either because they sound like they swallowed a box of nails or because they have no idea what they're talking about. Or both. There's also the others who let their biases shine through.

I disagree. Most players actually do quite well. It's the few that are just offered a job on their namesake alone vs. actual job talent.
Irvin is a prime example of this.
And just to throw the bias theory out the window, I think Aikman is one of the best in the business.

Aikman is a phenomenal broadcaster, a lot of Cowboys fans think he hates us but that's just not true. That's just the way he comes across, part of it of course is how badly things ended between him and Jerry.

Agreed. Dieon Sanders comes to mind in regards to just being around because of his name. And Troy is a great broadcaster, so is Daryl Johnston.

I don't always agree with him, but I like Marshall Faulk. He was a little rough when he first started, but has come quite ways since then. I enjoy listening to his insight.

1. Dallas
2. New York
3. Washington
4. Philadelphia
With the Minnesota Vikings' pick in the 2017 NFL Draft, the Philadelphia Iggles select...the best WR on the board.

Nope CB. In free agency and draft.

I was just thinking of Marshall too! I like Ladainian Tomlinson as well. I see him more locally here in San Diego but I've seen him a few times on NFL Network too.

Somehow I knew that overpaid CB you poached from Seattle wouldn't pan out. I do think your defense is set in the front seven, fix the offense and you'll be right there with the Cowboys for the next good while.

Neither did I, but our CB situation has been dire for decades.
Glad we unloaded that salary and got draft picks for him.

Can't believe the only non SNF game this week will only be available on NFL Network, makes me glad the Cowboys are playing on Monday Night! Whew, back to Sundays the week after.

Pretty much every game this week except three are on Saturday as far as I can tell. There's a Sunday afternoon game, which can only be seen on NFL Network, the SNF game and the MNF game. Kinda weird, wonder how long it's been like this for week 16.

I can't think of a better Sunday game than the Ravens/Steelers. Their match-ups are as close to an old school football game as we can get in the modern era.

I'm on Team Collingsworth. Moose and Aikman are great broadcasters. Irvin is entertaining. I'm glad that Warren Sapp is no longer on TV. I'm anti-anything Ray Lewis.
