IMO, San Diego should move to LA because of their issues in regard to local blackouts. I think JAX should move to Oklahoma City or San Antonio, the Texas/Oklahoma areas should be able to support another team.

John Beck will be the Redskins' starting quarterback Sunday.
As expected. After Rex Grossman's horrific four-interception game last week, coach Mike Shanahan was left with little choice. Beck steps into a dream matchup with a Carolina defense that is giving up 27.2 points per game on the year, fifth-worst in the league. The sad part for the Redskins is that the outlook of their skill players doesn't really change going forward. We can expect the same kind of erratic production from Beck that we got from Grossman.

The Miami Herald reports that Tony Sparano's job status will be subject to reevaluation if the Dolphins lose to the Broncos in Week 7.
The 0-5 Dolphins will host the 1-4 Broncos in Tim Tebow's first start of the season. If owner Stephen Ross does make a move, the interim option would be defensive coordinator Mike Nolan, who has four years of head coaching experience with the 49ers. Sparano's job will be under week-to-week review until further notice. His team has lost eight straight games dating back to 2010.

sunday is going to be interesting for the packers now that ponder is starting.

how do u prepare for a guy that is making his 1st start??

hopefully they can keep peterson in check.....as long as they can keep him out of the end zone, they should have a good chance.

allen vs. newhouse on the left side scares the sh!t out of me though!!

Basically I think Frazier's going to lean on Peterson to take pressure off Ponder so if you can contain Peterson you should win handily.

Ponder was accurate in College so he should do fine in the NFL, he will at least be a serviceable QB.

I'm sad Lions couldn't get Hillis from Browns they tried but ultimately I think Browns wanted to much for him.

Always found it odd that teams ask so much for a player in the last year of their contract. Sounds like Ronnie Brown isn't ready so Marshawn Lynch is probably going to get the bulk of the work.

Wow are you serious? I'm sure it will be 2:1 in favor of running plays... I thought for sure he wouldnt start until after the bye next week

Just shows how much faith we have in Boller

Marshawn Lynch is a Seahawk. You're probably thinking of Maurice Morris.

I wonder what the Browns were asking for Hillis. Is it known what they were offered?

No idea what the Browns were offered or even what they were asking. It sounds like he's questionable to play this week either way.

Aside from the obvious writing on the wall.... where is it shown that there have been actual trade-talks surrounding Hillis

Some reports said they happened and some said that they didn't happen. I don't know who to believe. Not that it really matters now that the trade deadline has passed. I assume the Browns still want to see more from Hillis before they are comfortable with signing him to a long term deal or letting him go to another team. Nobody gave them an offer they couldn't refuse like the Raiders gave the Bengals.

A Browns loss is like getting a shot..... When you're little, and haven't had any before, you scream and get a band-aid, and your arm (or wherever they put it ) hurts for a whole day, and you get infant tylenol, etc.

30 years later, you feel a little pinch, say "Thank you for the Flu-defense" and you're on your way.
