Congrats Atlanta and New England, welcome to Houston.

Interesting stat: The 2 previous Super Bowls in Houston were won by the AFC team and also part of back to back championships.

VII Jan. 14, 1973 Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum Miami 14, Washington 7
VIII Jan. 13, 1974 Rice Stadium (Houston) Miami 24, Minnesota 7

XXXVIII Feb. 1, 2004 Reliant Stadium (Houston) New England 32, Carolina 29
XXXIX Feb. 6, 2005 Alltel Stadium (Jacksonville, Fla.) New England 24, Philadelphia 21

So should we already give the Pats the next 2 Lombardi trophies?

Detroit won't be competing for it, so I'm ok with Brady winning #5 and #6!

NFC South is now the only division to have every team represented in the Super Bowl since realignment.

NFC South has also been in 9 of the 15 NFC Championships.

I never would have guessed that.

I think Brady probably plays one more season then hangs it up, win or lose. He'll be 40 later this year. He may claim he's going to play well into his 40's but I tend to doubt it. He's not made of steel. Age catches up with everyone.

Curious to see what Belichick does. Wouldn't surprise me if he retires with Brady. He probably won't want to rebuild with some random dude at QB.

Don't see any other franchise quarterbacks on their roster?

Why? Browns haven't always been bad.

All they have is Garoppolo and Brissett, so not likely. But who knows. Belichick is a good enough coach to make almost anyone look solid at QB. Look at the numbers Matt Cassell put up the year Brady missed the season. Even Garoppolo put up very solid numbers filling in this year when Brady was out.

If I'm the Pats I'd try to find a potential future QB replacement in the draft (maybe rounds 2-4) this year. It isn't a deep QB class but there may be a steal in those rounds if someone slips.

They're looking to move Garoppolo this offseason.

I could see Bellicheat staying around and grooming the next QB to prove that their success isn't 50/50 Brady/Darth Hoodie, but more on the HC.
