That's assuming Marshall is still with the Jets next year. There's a lot of talk that the Jets don't want Marshall at $7.5 million next year, and talk that Marshall won't take a pay cut and would like to play for a contender. One thing I wonder is how many teams would allow Marshall go keep his Inside the NFL gig and fly to New York every Tuesday. Marshall has previously said joining the Patriots would be intriguing but I can't imagine Belichick would like one of his players having a weekly national TV gig.

I was wondering about that. Legally how is the value assessed on such an item? Can the police really charge the thief with grand theft by using the market value of a unique item or is it just considered a regular old jersey?
