He didn't even show up for the 4th quarter. He showed up for about 3 minutes. And even that's dubious. Finally seeing the high-lights, his receivers bailed out some ridiculously bad throws. The diving catch was on a ball that wasn't even a spiral! It was just a wobbly "knuckle-ball".

Teblow led back his team from a 15 point deficit against a now 0-7 team, let's commission the bust in Canton now!

rock bottom for Colts and Dolphins

Colts got abused

Dolphins already don't win at home and then their home crowd has more Tebow fans than Dolphin fans

Rams lost Bradford "just in time" for Feeley to step in and show everyone how good Bradford is by having a horrific game against the Cowboys, surprised he only threw 1 INT and only got sacked once but he was getting the ball out quick on 3 step drops most of the game.

Seeing highlights of the Chargers/Jets, I have to ask this question.

What has Philip Rivers ever done that's he's been anointed as a Brady/Manning level QB?

As far as I can tell, the only thing Rivers has ever done of note is beat the Colts a few times in the playoffs.

Thoughts?

4k yards in the last 3 seasons and two other over 3k, with an always hurt Gates, and a sucky Vincent Jackson. That being said he is having a very bad year.

That's just meaningless stats. Romo has "paced" 4K for 5 straight years as well(as in, without injuries he's easily over 4K yards), and we all know he's definitely not Brady/Manning level.

Note: I'm not asking why Rivers is viewed as good, I'm asking why he's been anointed as "elite". And if your only answer is 4k passing yards, then that tells me he's been pre-anointed without cause.

Absolutely...very reasonable, and we got them at cost, which was nice.

And it’s easy to say just like with Romo well he's fumbled and throws across his body which causes picks that have lost some games, without taking into account Garrett’s crap play calling, average to below average running game. WR's that disappear in games or drop balls (TO) or just flat out suck, and a very suspect offensive line. And three of those 4 Rivers has had, or has on his team.

Rivers this year is tied for 11th in getting sacked, last year was #3, 2009 #3

Since 2000 only 1 QB has been in the Super Bowl (and won) that was in the top 3 in getting sacked, and that was Big Rapists second Super Bowl. Take away the freak return by Harrison and the good catch by Holmes and Qb's who get sacked in the top 3 are 0-10 in the super bowls and 1 of 10 for getting there.

As a Colts fan, I knew it would be a bad season and I knew we would have a losing record, BUT losing 62-7? That's UNACCEPTABLE and DISGRACEFUL.

That was bad.... and there really is no defense for their performance, but I'll say this....

Although probably not "winless" at this point, because Peyton could have kept them on top in those closer games, but look at it this way;

Painter needed a couple of games to become familiar with the offense, and their O-Line was been suspect since last year, and has only gotten worse..... Peyton wouldn't put up his usual numbers if he were in there right now, because their team just isn't as good as it once was. The fact that Peyton missed the entire season only fuels the "Colts are a one-man team" mentality, but I'm guessing if Peyton was healthy, and had played in these first 6 games, they would probably be 2-4 or 3-3 and people would be talking about how they are on the decline, and Colts fans would probably be more upset at that, than the apparent acceptance they have had since the start of the season without Peyton, where they just wrote off the whole season before it started

I was thinking the same thing, but even Manning couldn't have put up 63 last night. For an NFL team to surrender 62 points tells me they've given up. The Colts, Rams and Dolphins are finished for the season. Now we'll be able to identify the "Character" guys on each team.

I haven't been to many (8 in my life) as we have to go on a road trip to the U.S.A. if we want to see games. It's a lot of fun and is truly a day long event (sometimes a weekend event...ie: Buffalo Bills games ) Being from San Antonio, perhaps you'll get to Houston or Dallas for your first game...Good Luck.

I was dying to know what Skip Bayless's explanation for the first 55 minutes:

According to Skip Bayless, Tebow was held back by not being let play his style until 5 minutes to go in the game.

not that i want to brag or anything....but since making my prediction for the lions the rest of the season a couple weeks ago.....i've been right on both atl and sf beating them.

and how bout my Packers......7-0 going into the bye....hopefully clifton is able to come back from his hamstring injury and shields gets his head clear from his concussion last week.

A winning bum

Thing I like about him is he just wants it. Yeah he's got his share of issues and hopefully he gets time to either work them out, or get support built around him to help him succeed. But to compare him to say a crybaby like Chris Johnson who gets his contract and then comes in out of shape and doesn't do crap, I don't think you'd ever see that from Tebow. I can't stand the whole religion shtick he shoves on the world, but while I think he'd love everyone to share his beliefs seems like he'd treat everyone the same. Just seems that kind of work ethic is something everyone could get behind
