I really like the Matt Milano pick. McDermott will find creative uses for the hybrid LB/S, and he should be an immediate special teams contributor.

I'm happy with the Jags draft overall.

I've never been big on taking RB's high in the first round but if anyone warrants it it's Leonard Fournette. The Jags haven't had a good running game in ages.

Landing Cam Robinson in the 2nd round was a steal. He was widely projected as a mid 1st round pick.

Dede Westbrook is a risk, much like Conley and Mixon. He's had multiple domestic violence arrests, but been clean since 2013. He could be a real impact WR or he could be another Justin Blackmon. But we only used a 4th round pick on his so there's not really much risk involved.

I don't know much about Dewuane Smoot or Blair Brown but both sound like solid defensive players who could potentially make an impact.

I just hope the Jaguars draft curse doesn't continue. In both 2015 (Fowler) and 2016 (Ramsey) their top pick in the draft suffered serious injuries in training camp. If Fournette breaks a leg in camp I'll be like...

They got a guy who could be an outstanding player (2nd-3rd round talent) for literally nothing. It's a no lose pick IMO. Worst case scenario is he does something stupid again and they cut him. Who cares? You almost never find quality players in the 6th round anyway. Tom Brady, Antonio Brown, Pierre Garcon and Matt Hasselbeck are the only players I can find in recent memory who were really good 6th round players.
