Teams didn't want to put up with the media circus for a marginal starter/developmental QB so that's why Tebow didn't have a job anymore.

There's no other explanation for a QB who won his first playoff game to be out of a starting job.

Tebow Time was a lot of fun

No he was garbage. That's the reason he can't play in the NFL.

He wasn't garbage. He had a different skill set than coaches typically look for. He had limited experience and time to develop. He had plenty of potential, worked hard, and was a phenominal teammate. His reasons for not being in the league are not entirely football related. You clearly have some personal vendetta against him for some reason so reasoning with you seems kind of pointless.

Tebow needed a coach and front office that were behind him. John Fox and John Elway didn't draft him and didn't want to play him but they didn't have much choice after the team started 1-4 behind Kyle Orton. They likely would have had to stick with him for another year after the playoff win over the Steelers but then Peyton became available and nobody was going to criticize them for choosing him over Tebow.

I always thought the Jags should have given Tebow a chance. It was clear Blaine Gabbert was a mistake almost immediately and while Tebow might not have gotten them more wins his popularity in the state would have gotten them more publicity, merchandise sales, and fans than they've ever had.

This.

Class A A-hole (Elway) wanted nothing to do with him, despite the success Tebow had with Denver (including a playoff win). I get it he had other chances with other teams, but those teams were not built around Tebow. I mean, the Jets, really? You can't say Tebow is so bad he couldn't make it on the Jets - look at the QBs now and the fact that Sanchez is still in the league somewhere. He was with the Patriots, and I don't know why he wasn't kept there, especially with McDaniels, unless again it comes down to offensive system.

I love Tebow. One of the easiest guys in the world to cheer for. Goodness just oozes out of him.

The Gronk rocks. I'd love to sit down and have beers with him.

He played almost an entire season and couldn't complete 50% percent of his passes. There are how many heisman trophy winners who can't play in the nfl. He doesn't have the skills to succeed in the nfl if bill belichick can't save you I don't think anyone can. He has had chances to go to the CFL and play QB build himself up and retry in the NFL. He choose not to.

Never saw Hard Knocks before, but watched the first episode of this season because the Bucs look like they have an interesting team. I never really thought about how crushing it is to be cut in the first week of training camp. They didn't even make it to the first preseason game.

News of them getting cut is usually just one sentence at the bottom of story that's not even about them.

You said it right. He only played almost a full season. He was never given a true chance to develop and play in an offense designed for him. He took over after a season started. And what doesn Bellicheck have to do with anything? He has Brady. He doesn't need to waste an ounce of effort trying to develop schemes or trick plays for Tebow. He has the greatest QB of all time to work with.

Photos from inside the Falcons new dome.

And some video:

You can see how much it dwarves the current Dome by here:

The new stadium will also be LEED Platinum, the highest "green building" certification that any sports facility has ever received.

Who wants to develop trick plays for an NFL Quarterback. I mean come on. He has had four or five nfl coaches watch him and decide nope he is not good enough or tell him go to Canada come back later. He doesn't wanna do that I can't route for a guy who doesn't do everything possible to continue his dreams. He seems like a nice guy but he wants it his way or no way and the nfl spoke up and said NO WAY.

Clown office gives other players a pass because the incidents happened before the draft, but not Zeke?

Chiefs lost a 3rd rounder and a 6th for tampering with Maclin. Jets fined 100K for blatantly tampering with Revis.

The inconsistency is baffling.

One of these days Goodell is going to piss off enough owners to get himself fired. Jerry Jones and Kraft are not his biggest supporters anymore.

They didn't give him a chance. That is my point. He never had the chance to start a season as a number #1 quarterback with and offense built for his skills. He was never given the chance to play a 16 game season. Who knows what would have happened if he would have.

Tebow's skill set would never work in the CFL. He'd do better in the AFL, but that league is so far gone since the NBC days. The LA team that wanted to sign him doesn't even exist anymore.

Probably nothing noteworthy. Even Tebow's biggest fans can't deny he looked utterly lost for over half the game in every game. A killer defense, amazing kicker and a rope a dope methodology is not sustainable long term.

Most QB's have growing pains, but those with potential would not look lost like he did most games.
