And that is their right. Playing in the league is a priveledge, not a right. He wants freedom of speech then the owners have a right to that as well. That alone isn't collusion. I imagine some owners decided they didn't want to sign Tim Tebow based on his kneeling for religious reasons and the hassle and headache that comes along with him. Kaep is in a similar boat. I am so sick of this topic being discussed. I just want to watch football. I don't want to keep hearing about who is kneeling and who isn't and what everyone's opinion is. No matter how bad Jay Cutler plays I have no desire to see the Dolphins looking into Kaepernick because then it will be discussed constantly.

The other thing is everyone is already on one side or the other, arguing about it on an Internet forum or social media isn't going to change their minds. At least it looks like the 0-5 G-Strings are giving the Broncos a good game, I knew Siemian wasn't that good.

Trevor Siemian for MVP! I see why they opted for him over Tony Romo.

They just gave Goodell a hefty bonus and an extension. Lol!
The owners botched this whole protest thing up by being so inconsistent. Should have let the teams stay in the locker room during the Anthem, where players can stand on their head in protest, to their hearts desire...all with no TV cameras and no media!
Then have someone come up with a patch, the players can wear on their uniforms that will bring awareness each and every game.
Look I know social injustice is a real thing, and would love to see it go away. But I’m a fan of the game of football. I pay to see games, not politics. It’s not the NFL’s job to fight social injustice. It’s their job to play football games.
This whole protest issue is so warped with so many cooks in the kitchen, that I don’t know who is protesting what on any given Sunday.

Well their QBs are even worse than Eli so it's not THAT surprising. Makes you feel good about our coaches, doesn't it?

Glad I picked up Denver D/ST. I should’ve known it was too good to be true.

McAdoo isn't calling plays anymore so things will get better for the Giants

I could draw up a better playbook for the Cowboys than Linehan does and I bet it would take me 5 minutes.

By choice. The fact that NFL careers are getting shorter is mainly due to guys retiring earlier over health concerns. Not that they aren't able to play longer. The fact that guys are choosing to retire sooner could well push the players to strike for real. When guys are choosing to retire on their own accord in larger numbers may indicate a higher likelihood of players just saying screw it and playing hard ball the next negotiations.

I think it will have the opposite effect. The careers are getting shorter so they don't want to waste that time not playing. Yes they are choosing but they are trying to get in and make some money and get out before they can't remember their own name.

Snacks Harrison is the kind of 1T I'd love to have in Dallas, would probably exponentially improve the quality of our front seven.

Broncos and Giants switched jerseys or something, former playing garbage and latter looks solid.

Broncos still have much better receivers than the G-Strings so that wouldn't explain this game.
