There are still 9 games left in regular season. I will not pay attention to any of those numbers until week 16 or so.

Yup, too much can change in the next 9 weeks to assume we know anything yet about this season. Well, except for the fact that the 49ers and Browns are slugging it out for the top pick/

It's been a nice, good game overall. I'm pleasantly surprised how well the Detroit D is doing and how close the score is.

My votes would be Hunt, Wentz and Brady, in that order. Dak's been good but not great, I would make him my dark horse though, especially if Zeke gets suspended and we keep winning.

Of course there's plenty of weeks yet to be played and anything can change. I don't really understand your position though overall? If everyone else isn't just throwing short passes than their yards/attempt would be higher.

We've been pretty great all year. We had a shootout lost against New Orleans (no D that day), but otherwise it's been pretty close. Minnesota only has 2 losses and 1 of them is to Detroit.

No, yard per attempt still factors in the what happens after the ball is caught.
Air yards only measure the flight of the ball before its caught. Basically showing only what the QB is doing with the pass.
Smith doesn’t throw a lot of long passes. He throws short passes and his receivers make great plays to gain yards after the catch.

I doubt he will. He’s good, but not elite. Dallas already has the same amount of losses this season(3), as all of last season. Dak has already shown a little bit of regression. Witten could be done after this season, that would be a huge safety net taken away.
Not bashing Dak, it’s not his fault he fell into a great offense...but at the same time he’s the QB and the great ones always find a way to win.
Look at what Rodgers was doing going back to last year, with absolutely no running game and a suspect defense. Brees, Brady....that’s the MVP material.
Those guys always seem to do more with less.

It’s all opinion. Plenty of crunch time season left.

We were 3-0 last year without Dez, Dak spread the ball around more. I think the injury to Beasley might hurt quite a bit, although Dez inside could be interesting.
