Looks like Jaguars tickets sold out just over an hour ago when it became available to the public. I’ve decided to play it safe and just watch the game from home and invite some friends over. I’m a little sad because this might not happen again for quite some time.

Weird that you can only order playoff tickets using the team’s official app. Is that like that for NFL playoff games?

I have no idea. I had an opportunity to go to the 2009 Cowboys-Vikings game but it would've cost me $1100. Glad I didn't go since they got killed, would've been interesting to sit in a box though. I do know we pretty much buy all of our tickets through stub hub.

In general a receiver has never won it. The NFL mvp award night as well be changed to the QB mvp.

I wonder if this suspension will give the Giants the ability to void the remaining guaranteed money on his contract. That would be huge since the entire $4.3 million he's owed for 2018 and 2019 is guaranteed.

Sounds like it will be a decision made by the new front office, lot of changes on the horizon for the Giants. Not the least of which is finding their next franchise QB.

Doesn’t it have to be a suspension from the NFL not a team suspension?

The numbers are there to release him outright. At this point I'd rather draft a new #1 WR and move on. Even Aikman basically said Bryant is no longer a #1 WR.

Sure...every team would love to hit a homerun and score a legit #1 WR in the draft. Problem is, doesn’t always happen.
Meanwhile Dez can come play in Philly on a 1yr deal next season. Wentz will boost his stats.

Well if they can draft a top 5 WR where they pick I wouldn't even hesitate. Dez simply isn't productive anymore. You can blame Dak all you want but he has 6 TDs this year. Also has the same number of yards as Terrance Williams since 2014 and hasn't had a 100 yard game in forever. We need that $ for Tank Lawrence and Zack Martin, both of whom are far more valuable to this team's success than a WR past his prime.

The good news is, as long as Dak keeps regressing you won’t have to pay him that much.

He's refusing the pay cut though, he's saying pay him his salary or dump him. I opt for the latter. I still like Dez but not at the cost of our franchise pass rusher or our franchise right guard. These are the kinds of hard decisions Jerry wouldn't have made in the past, we'll see if he's learned.

I want a more complete player anyway. One with better hands, that makes less mental mistakes, is more mature, faster and a better route runner. That's not too much to ask for, is it?
