Its obvious they’ll do a fake interview for the Gruden hire. So it will be a joke. I just laugh at the journalists saying the Raiders are an embarrassment to the rule and this and that and are corrupt. ESPN and their subsites.

If all teams acted like us for the past 50 years we wouldnt need the Rooney Rule.
-first team to scout and sign players from historically black colleges
-cancelled games over separate hotels
-first latino head coach
-first black head coach
-first female CEO
-one of only two black GMs today.

About the only time Al wasnt a villain was when it came to diversity They were too obvious with chasing Gruden but i see no slighting on Oakland’s part.

I think Darnold goes #1 whether it’s Cleveland or a trade up team. He has the higher ceiling than Rosen.
