I don't, it's all an act anyway, I doubt there was ever an injury. He probably scratched himself by accident and "reported it" to put himself in the news this week.

I’ve mentioned that here, and it always cracks me up. Philly fans should actually be congratulated for the snowballs. Here’s why:

As you may, or may not, know...Philly got a heavy snowstorm that morning of the game. The guy who was supposed to be in the Santa costume got snowed in and couldn’t make the game.(keep in mind this was 1968, news travelled much slower) So they asked volunteers from the fans, and they got some schlub who was drunk. Of course the media never includes that part. It’s juicier just to run with the “Oh Philly fans blah blah blah....”

Nobody threw batteries. Again that’s an embellishment that has carried over the years.
The only fan throwing batteries incident was at a Phillies game, and it was one battery.
