That's good news and team friendly deal. He was the best receiver last year and was only getting better before he was knocked out due to injury. Now if him and Garcon both stay healthy all season the Niners will be in good shape.

Sherman will be 30 when the season starts, plus his two achilles surgeries, plus the tense relation between Sherman and the Seahawks these past 2 years.

I mean, sounds cold, but I would do the same if I was in the Seahawks' position. A CB with achilles problems in the modern NFL is a huge gamble, specially with his price tag.

Sherman was definitely worth that 5th round draft pick though.
