Predicting 11-5 is kind of writing them off in itself, since they haven't finished with that poor of a record since 9 years ago.

I'll take whatever NFL product I can get right now. With the kickball Olympics plaguing this offseason, feels like it's been WAY too long since real football's been on. Can't wait to watch tonight.

To each their own, but I totally enjoyed the World Cup. In fact, I've liked it more and more each time it's come around. Even as a casual observer (I've never been a big soccer fan), I was somewhat invested in it and it helped me get through the long NFL offseason.

Would you guys want year-round professional football if the AAF is successful? Or do you like the time off? I guess there's practically year-round football already with the CFL, but does anyone even watch that?

Without a doubt, time off...it makes me appreciate it that much more when it comes around. Not to mention all of this BS with dummy Trump, the anthem kneeling and the horrible refereeing and whatnot gave me NFL fatigue the past two years.

The "Patriots don't have weapons" fallacy is one I mostly hear from Pats fans because they're convinced Brady does everything when in fact, most years, he is surrounded by a more talented cast than any other elite and non-elite QB. And in the odd year they don't actually make the Super Bowl, it's because he "doesn't have any weapons".

Please Brady nearly made it to the super bowl with Reche Caldwell as his number one receiver in 06! The guy has proven he can win with no name receivers and break records with known ones!
