McDermott was reportedly gonna lose the locker room if he started Peterman, so this ain't surprising.

One team isn't a bad idea but two was always a stretch. I do think the Chargers have a chance at cultivating some sort of niche for themselves, but it's gonna take time and I doubt the people in charge are willing to be that patient. I just moved from LA and they were gunning hard for fans with all sorts of poster/billboards everywhere and even a promo to get a free PERMANENT CHARGERS TATTOO if you showed up at this one spot in West Hollywood at a certain date/time.

Eh.. Rams are good now but I don't see it lasting long. They had a good thing in St. Louis besides the scumbag owner they have.

Well... San Diego still has the stadium. Oakland will be without a team real soon. St. Louis, too, for that matter. All older stadiums in cities that don't want to pay a lot out of public funds for a stadium.

San Antonio has expressed interest.

I'm telling ya... put a team in Alaska. Let's do it.

Every team has ups and downs, doesn't mean LA doesn't deserve a team. There's also upside with the Raiders leaving CA altogether for Vegas. Chargers should never have left San Diego, and I don't even know if they should bother going back. Might as well find a new city. Hell, maybe St. Louis lol
