I agree it's not an easy fix, but they have to quit letting players dictate penalties. Seems like it's happening more and more. Again, too many late flags. Add more Refs to the officiating crew if they're having trouble keeping track of what's going on during the play (field of vision blocked, ref on the opposite side of the field, etc.). The AAF did.

Jordy Nelson Retires

A premier touchdown scorer, Nelson had three double-digit touchdown seasons, scoring 57 of his 72 career touchdowns in a five-season span between 2011-2016, which includes a missed 2015 campaign. Nelson won Comeback Player of the Year in 2016 and made it to one Pro Bowl. He could be destined for the Packers' Ring of Honor.

There are reports that the Patriots are "very interested" in Rosen, so we'll see.

Definitely seeing rumors that Murray is going to ARZ at #1 and that Rosen is for sure being moved. Reports are saying that a 2nd round pick has been offered but ARZ wants a 1st rounder. Thing is, the teams involved are saying they already lost 1 year on Rosen's rookie deal.

Patriots second-round picks this draft are 56 and 64, so if they're really trying to get Rosen, I can understand Arizona thinking those are too low.

Cardinals don’t have much leverage though. Everyone knows they’re taking Murray #1.

True but if it's not the Patriots, someone will strike a deal for him. QB market may have been soft this off-season but everyone's also saying this isn't a good QB draft class. I still wouldn't rule out the Giants or Skins making a play.

The Chargers and the Giants are also interested in Rosen, and if the Cardinals are indeed looking to get a 1st rd pick, then the Giants would have an advantage since they have two.

Also, a waste of a fairly high pick by the franchise. They won’t get that value back from a trade.

Am I the only person who thinks Rosen is never going to be good? This will be like trading a first round pick to get Rick Mirer, Craig Erickson or Steve Walsh.

I have no idea if Rosen will pan out but I wouldn't put much stock in his performance last year. That team was a complete train wreck with an absolutely awful offensive line and turmoil behind the scenes with a coach in way over his head and replacing the coordinator at mid season. I went to the Rams-Cardinals game in December and Rosen was immediately under pressure practically ever time he threw.

Yeah I give zero credence to 2019 as a measuring tool of any kind for Josh Rosen and his prospects in this league. I would also take him all day over Kyler Murray.
