Sure I smiled when Nelson gave the ball to his girlfriend. It was a very touching moment. And nothing wrong with what Witten did either, both guys are class acts.

He's one of the best examples I can think of that stupidity can overwhelm even the best talent. 50 yard reception, unsportsmanlike penalty to wipe it away. Iggles should've won by a lot more than they did, really. Still think Vince Young is a better QB than Michael Gimmick.

I wonder what Reid will do if Eagles go 3-0 or 2-1 with Young at the helm, and then Vick gets cleared to play.

My guess is 2-0 with Young at the helm. Season is still kinda alive at 5-6 but Gimmick is where all the money is so it will probably come down to which QB the Luries tell him to start.

I don't see Philly beating New England Wolvie. I mean, I would LOVE to see it, but realistically I think New England will win.

Oh right I had forgotten their next opponent is the Patriots. I will say they match up well though. They have the defensive line to get consistent pressure with just 4 and they even have enough depth there to rotate all 4 guys. They also have a solid secondary that can slow down Brady's receivers enough to give the down 4 time to get there. Should be quite a game, really.
