Has nothing to do with being a Browns fan. I don't need to be a Browns fan to tell you Andy Dalton sucks. Just as I don't need to be a Browns fan to point out Lamar's early stat padding came against the worst defenses in the league. Again, in his last five matchups, he's faced only two defenses that ranked top-15, and when that has happened, he's 0-2, with an ugly stat line.

A bad QB is a bad QB--and that's exactly what Lamar Jackson is.

Wait wut? Rivers has a shot put of a throwing motion and he's done pretty well in the league. And are you bringing in Wonderlick test scores now? Jesus. Plenty of QBs have scored low on that test and have done just fine in the NFL. Padded his stats? By that measure, I guess you can say the same about Brady this season feasting on MIA and NYJ since we're only in Week Four.

I wouldn't say Dalton totally sucks, but yes he's a middling QB in the league. That being said, he has a significantly larger sample size than Lamar does being as young as he is.

Regardless of what I say, you clearly have your mind made up that LJ is a bad QB cuz you just keep repeating it, so enjoy the rich reverb in your own personal echo chamber.

SPOILER ALERT: It's not high.

Factor that in with a lengthy throwing motion, and inaccuracy issues when driving the ball down the field, as well as not being able to consistently read a defense pre and post snap, and voila, you have a recipe for a bad QB.

The fact that Baltimore had to bring in Greg Roman to recreate the offense he structured for Kaepernick in San Fran, tells you all you need to know; Wunderkind success. But long term... once teams disguise coverages more and more to confuse him, and force him to beat them with his arm instead of his legs, he will continue to struggle more and more.

didn’t fitzpatrick get the highest score on the wonderlic? how’s that working out for him? he’s on his ninth team and on the bench for the worst team in the league.

or you going to tell us now that it mus be the reason he keeps getting picked up to play backup but not well enough for a team to commit to a deal.

and i say this as someone who thinks fitzpatrick isn’t awful and a better about than some of these mammoth contracts that are playing now. (stafford, cousins)

and there is no team in the league who would take rivers over lamar jackson.

Tough loss for Dallas, pretty rough game offensively. Just have to regroup & focus on the next game. In other news, I am now 4-0 in my FF league. Yay for small victories!
