Joe Burrow to Oakland at 22. That implies that Carr took us to the Playoffs, with the hardest schedule and the most travel miles. I think he probably stays if that’s the case. Im still not impressed with Carr on year 6 (!!) but he’s being a decent game manager. It’s harder than ever to judge Carr.

17 week is fine IF the following 2 things happen:

1) Reduce preseason games
2) Do better bye week schedules. Bye weeks in weeks 4-6 are stupid. Or do 2 bye weeks for each team.

Also, I'll hop on board [for once] on eliminating Thursday games. Not that I see it happening, but for whatever it's worth.

2 bye weeks makes the most sense to me. I rather like TNF cuz it breaks up the week, but only if they use one of the byes to coincide with a team's TNF game.

Really we just need 3. 2 to see what bubble guys do against other bubble guys and 1 to see what 1s do against 1s. Pre-season game 4 has become an excuse for teams to toss out future fast food employees against each other and doesn't serve any real purpose other than gouging fans who go to that game.

heard that on the sports radio on the way to work, 8 home games 8 away games and 1 neutral site game (this will make some mad) they are looking into cutting one of the byes in the playoffs so just the #1 seed (AFC/NFC) will have a bye and possibly to add games to the wild card round.
