Possibly I guess but in terms of where they are right now and more than likely the next couple years, the teams seem to be on similar paths, probably middle of the pack, mediocre at best teams. Especially in the case of Arizona, the NFC West is top heavy with the Niners and Seahawks, and before this season I don't think anyone saw the Rams falling off the way they did.

I think Kitchens is one-and-done and they'll convince Jarvis/OBJ to stay for the new coach.
Within the last couple days the CLE front office gave a vote of confidence for Kitchens, saying they plan to keep him around next year but who knows if they're just blowing smoke. I would imagine that with all of the talent they have and the way the team has been performing under him as HC, they would be more likely to move on from him rather than try to rebuild again.
Probably depends on what other HC candidates there are out on the market. Wonder if Browns fans would be open to Riverboat Ron?
In regards to the roster, Landry and Beckham have multiple years left on their contracts so its probably hard to move them without taking significant cap hits, not sure though.

PIT has said they are sticking with Hodges as the starter this Sunday even though he threw four picks last week.

Forget which podcast I heard it on, but it’s believed in some NFL circles that Dorsey doesn’t want a coach that will challenge him for decision making power. Hence why he hired Kitchens in the first place.

If they keep Freddie, fine.

But he needs to relieve play calling.

Some injuries but definitely not enough for the complete lack of defense.

At some point (if not already), Dorsey will care less about someone challenging his power and more about getting a coach who will effectively utilize the players he's acquired. And Kitchens' big claim to fame was being the Baker Whisperer, which clearly hasn't worked out.

Rivera's an interesting choice, but with all the offensive power they have on that roster (assuming the key pieces stay next year), they'll probably want someone younger who's pass-happy and can maybe bring in a college-style offense. But then again, young = inexperienced and Kitchens is obviously that. So I dunno.

They also need someone that can manage the numerous volatile personalities in the locker room.

Ravens with 12 pro bowlers. Talk about stacked roster. That's half the starting lineup.

Cowboys with only 4. That's what happens when you underachieve. I saw a stat somewhere the Cowboys have 15 former or current pro bowlers on the roster.

Allen Park — No, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos isn't in discussions to buy the Detroit Lions. Despite a rumor circling the internet on Tuesday, the Ford family has no intention of selling the team now or in the future.

In a meeting with reporters Tuesday, Lions owner Martha Ford, vice chair and daughter Sheila Ford Hamp, and team president Rod Wood, outside interest in the franchise, not specific to Bezos, was confirmed. Despite the inquiries, Ford has never given serious consideration to parting with the franchise her husband William Clay Ford purchased in 1963.

Why keep Patricia around simple, at what point is it not the coaches fault? Detroit has been through how many coaches? How can it always be the coach? Thats all we hear in Detroit new coach new gm that will turn things around! For once put this on the players, did the players execute on the field? Detroits issue was not a matter of being out coached its a poor product on the field with no backups to step in when a starter is hurt. Look at the Saints Breese goes down they have a good backup win 5 games, Steelers Big Ben goes down backup comes in they are still in the playoff hunt Detroit does not have this. That yes is on the GM.

7-7 Eagles, soon to be 7-8 Eagles sending five to the ProBowl(including a Lane Johnson snub).

Why didn't Rayne Dakota Prescott, who's having a top 3 QB season, get in?

Too many pickles. He’s got more than double that of Brees, Wilson and Rodgers.
Heck I’d probably put Cousins as #4 then Dakota.

Rayne Dakota...ffs, that sounds like a stripper exotic dancer that Wabo helped put through college.

Need the nonexistent Philly pass defense to finally show up and Zeke to have a career game. 12-team Championship at stake here.
