As a Giants fan (and one that you’ll call dumb in a moment) I’d be thrilled if we drafted Justin Herbert. I wanted him to come out in last years draft so they could choose him, and when he didn’t I thought they should have taken an offensive lineman or basically any defensive player instead of Danny Pennies (sorry he’s not Danny Dimes as to me he’s a garbage tier QB with all those turnovers).

Plus you can’t tell me someone (most likely New England) wouldn’t be dumb enough to give up some picks in exchange for Jones. So from that point of view it’s a win too.

What about him? Did you see how often he turned the ball over last season? As an actual Giants fan I’d be thrilled to have Herbert and let someone else (New England, Las Vegas, whomever) have Jay Cutler 2.0

Rumors are Niners expressing interest in trading for NYG TE Evan Egnram in order to have a solid one-two punch at the position. Also said to be open to trading first round selections (13, 31) as after Thursday they don't select again until #156 on Saturday

Buc looking to shore up RB position but not expected to trade for JAX Leonard Fournette

I’d give them Engram if they offered 13 in return for him. However I know there’s no way in hell that happens.

That’s why I don’t pay attention to these draft “experts”. Sure they know the talent by watching countless hours of film, but one early trade in the draft will destroy any mock they have.
