What I learned from the Saints/Falcons game: If there is only one second left on the game clock when the play ends, it can't be reviewed to put said second back. You can only review that end of game scenario if there are at least two seconds left. So, 1 = 0.

I don't think I've seen a team regress as fast as the Eagles have. They go from Super Bowl champs to mediocre to terrible in just three years.
