Greatness can be borderline unwatchable at times. When I think back to Jordan's dominance I don't think golden age... I think of a lot of lopsided playoff runs that resulted in terrible NBA Finals. Was there ever a single Finals where you seriously thought Jordan wasn't winning? Sorry, but I didn't feel that way even if he hadn't gotten away with shoving Russell down against the Jazz.

Brady's runs have been a bit different in that at least nearly all Super Bowls hw played im were great games. The only two that stick out as awful to watch were the Rams game and this one.

In time (years), his past transgressions may seem less problematic to the Canton voters. He may keep contributing to football off the field after he retires because achievements off the field could get someone into the hall too.

What do you mean by achievements off the field? The only times you ever hear about Antonio Brown off the field are when he livestreams himself verbally abusing ex girlfriends and police officers or assaulting moving company employees.

The records and legacy? What more does he have to prove? I guess if he's trying to create some type of moat in the number of Super bowl wins between him and any future upcoming quarterback or him and Montana.

Old man Brady is the type of guy who is going to go out there and play until his arm gets separated from his shoulder. And even then, he'd get surgery and give it a go the next year.

It's fun to root for him now and I'm glad he's going back out there again next season. I used to root against him cause he was in the super bowl every. damn. year.

I mean FUTURE achievements off the field, if he has them. Plenty of HOFers behaved scandalously in their younger days but the passing of time often made that less problematic. If Brown kept harassing people in his 40s or 50s, then you would have a point. But when people get older, they usually clean up their acts.

Malcolm was a great owner. His two boys Joel and Bryan couldn't care less about the Bucs. They seemed to go all in on ManU for years and totally neglected us.
