Rodgers is super stubborn, but I’m not buying that he would actually sit out games and miss those game checks. The Packers will probably cave before long and pay him what he wants.

Rodgers is someone who is very aware. He’s aware that the team hasn’t done a great job at giving him the weapons he has asked for directly and indirectly. He’s aware he is near the end of his career. He’s aware he is underpaid for the season he just had. He’s aware he is the reigning MVP. He’s aware that as a NFL player he has very little leverage in the middle of a contract. He’s aware Jordan Love isn’t it. He’s aware the Packers are about to pay him a lot of money.

So the idiot wants more money for himself and also more spent on offensive talent, because having the best receiver in the game is such a drag.

Disagree about Rodgers wanting money. He's just had it with GB. Unhappy with their relative underperformance over the years, unhappy with their drafts, unhappy with their front office. All this drama would've been much more straightforward if it were just a contract dispute.

That said, I don't see him playing anywhere else.
