I assume it's not a reflection of how good Wentz is but the drop off from Wentz to Ehlinger (and the fact he's never played in an reg season NFL game).

RIP John Madden. I grew up listening to him while watching football with my Dad. Some memories of my childhood that will never leave me. God bless his family and friends.

As much as I loved Maddens commentary I still remember some of his greatest gaffes.

The Super Bowl he called when Brady won his first, I remember him talking about how he would take a knee with 2 minutes left then as the Pats are driving a minute later he mentioned how this strategy is something he would have done and its some of the gutsiest football ever was a real WTF moment lol.

as a Raiders coach he made me fall in love with that team as a kid. He had some mean teams and they played their hearts out.

Mooch just said on NFLN that john had health issues but they were gonna have lunch next wk.

FS1 is reairing the Madden special they aired Christmas at 9.00 tonight & 9.00 & 10.30 tomorrow.
