It was the name of an AAF team, the San Antonio Commanders.

Maybe when the USFL season starts, the Washington Commanders will have a good rivalry with the New Jersey Generals and Pittsburgh Maulers.

Did the league give permission to the Rams to wear white/yellow ? that was a throwback type uniform, or they will have to settle for the all "bone" gray ?

Go to Youtube and type in NFL Fan Fights, you will see many videos of fans in full blown brawls outside NFL stadiums while tailgaiting, inside the stadiums during games and after games when fans are leaving stadiums. Some of the fights are just brutal and probably alcohol related.

Yeah it's why (aside from the travel and the costs) I actually hate going to games. Just a laundry list of reasons I prefer to watch the Cowboys at home. It does sound like we're going to the Minnesota-Dallas game this year though, since those are the main teams our family supports.
