I felt kind of like the two construction workers at the beginning of he movie Major League " Who the #@ck are these guys".

Oh well i said the same with Dugger and why draft a D2 player that high, clearly i was wrong but still a guard, ugg

Jets i thought smashed it out of the park, Patriots might be fighting it out for the bottom spot this upcoming season with the Dolphins who still do not have a QB imo.

Please note: I realize grading drafts is just a fun exercise and kind of meaningless....

Very excited about the Chiefs draft this year. Brett Veach did an outstanding job...and Pro Football Focus agrees:

Draft Grade: A+

https://www.pff.com/news/draft-2022-nfl-draft-grades#KC

Comparison of draft grades overall:

https://www.pff.com/news/draft-2022-...alytics-driven

From PFF: "The Kansas City Chiefs nailed almost every one of their picks and gathered a lot of potential surplus value by drafting the most expensive positions. This has us even forget their fairly expensive trade up to select CB Trent McDuffie at No. 21"

Just love this video of Skyy Moore's getting the call from Brett Veach:

Was out of town for the draft weekend. Just wanted to stop by and say I absolutely adored how Pete and John approached the draft. If the Hawks manage to get Baker I could see them being sneaky good.

What about Baker suggests they could be remotely good? They’re clearly the least talented team in that division, and in a conference where their playoff chances depend on every other team with talent falling off a cliff.

Absolutely, effing ridiculous. Despite the match-up, it's painfully obvious that the NFL doesn't want the fans to have access to all the games without paying across multiple platforms.

We got any folks up in Wisconsin that might have heard any whispers about the date of the NYJ @ GB game? Would love to make it up north for that one.

Can't wait to hear those same people piss and moan when they see just how bad streaming is for live sports. This is a hill I will die on.

Yea theres always something.
Just like people would complain about the quality of TNF games.
Yet they will be the same people complaining that those game are now on amazon & they dont have amazon.

Again reminder you dont need amazon prime you can just get amazon video for $9/mnth so you can get sep-dec for only $36.

Yep, unfortunately you're right. You'll never hear me complain about any match-up quality as ANY NFL football is better than no NFL football, but in this case the fans are basically being forced to go the streaming route at widely varying internet speeds which is only going to cause frustration with game delays/latency and such. Guess I'll just enjoy the final year of Sunday Ticket (along with my Amazon Prime membership for those games) and figure out how I'll plan to watch next year. That being said, I could see this whole streaming route putting a serious dent in my NFL football fandom.

I have always said that the NFL will eventually put all games behind a paywall. Looks like it has just started with this espn plus move, only one game but no doubt a test to see how it is received by fans.

Personally i can deal without watching a Jags/Broncos game, but i know they will expand this eventually, too many greedy $#@#'s for it not to happen imo! If it works for espn, get ready for nbc,fox and cbs to follow trend!

The tv deals that kick in next yr run thru the 2033 season.
Next yr peacock also has an exclusive game.
But it would be hard for much to change in that timeframe.

I’m definitely a champion for streaming but there has to be some consolidation in the coming years. You have to have so many subscriptions to watch everything.
