As they should be, anyone in construction knows that at some point you need to cut the cord and build new with places like this. The Bears no matter how many reno's done will never have a top notch state of the art field unless it is completely new from the ground up! That is more so the reason then the crime which i would think around the stadium is still generally safe on gameday's.
