This is a place i need to improve as a bettor - when the steam goes against my opinion i have a hard time switching to that pick & pulling the trig - even though as we saw last nite it seems to win more than it doesnt.

Probably just as many have amzn as NFLN which has games too.

& if u really wanna cheap out its FREE on Twitch on tablets/phones.
It looks like the Twitch app blocks the game if youre trying to watch on a reg tv but guess we will see if that really is the case on thursday.

Seattle might be too talented to tank. It would be really tough for them to compete for the #1 draft pick against teams like the Jaguars, Texans, Jets, and Falcons who are "two years away from being two years away."

Might as well go full Major League.

They are about to make the same mistake moving to apple tv. I don't think they realize how foreign that way of viewing games is for a large portion of the NFL fan base still. I fear the league will be fully behind paywalls soon, they have seen the knickle and dime approach work from Disney, HBO, Discovery, hell literally all networks now do it with success.

Well the current deals are in place thru 2033 so nothing is happening till at least then.
Nielsen is tracking TNF ratings this yr so will be interesting to see the viewer numbers when released on friday.
Also apple is a contender but nobody has a deal yet.

Circa casino has a $6.1 million survivor contest.
$1,000 buy in so there were 6,133 entries & over half 3,200 were eliminated wk1....wow.

Hmm, perhaps I'm misremembering (EDIT - it seems so, maybe that was two years ago then?), but I seem to recall the first game sucking and there being overlap so everyone switched over to the second game. Regardless, that will happen next week with 7:15 and 8:30 starts.

Point being is that they're making the biggest sport in the US an exclusive thing where you're nickel and dimed to death instead of making it widely available to everyone. It's just trash and this is coming from someone who has DTV Sunday Ticket AND Amazon Prime.

ON the Bears forum they run a Survivor contest, but you do get 2 strikes.

Out of the 28 of us, 22 got their first strike this weekend. Broncos and Colts did a lot of us in.

I had 2 strikes by week 3 or 4 last year, after the Bills lost to the Steelers in week 1, and was hoping to not repeat that, yet...here I am a strike away from defeat going into week 2 again.

Number of cable TV/pay TV households in the USA: 57 million (and decreasing)
